The Synergy Sobriety Solutions’ Admission Team will guide you through an all-inclusive admissions course of action. They’ll help to verify your insurance, discuss your treatment options, connect you with additional resources, perform an over-the-phone intake, assist with transportation, if needed, refer you to sober housing, if necessary, and schedule the start of treatment.

The admissions process is simple:

Speak with our intake team members. Our admission team members will provide you with all of the information you need to know about beginning your first step towards recovery. As a courtesy, we will conduct a check of your insurance benefits to help you decide if Synergy Sobriety Solutions suits your needs.

Arrange for enrollment:

Due to our impeccably individualized care, space at our rehab center is limited. Please reserve your admission as soon as you are ready.

What to Bring:

  • Photo identification/birth certificate.

  • Your insurance card, if applicable.

  • Contact information for loved ones in case of an emergency.

  • Seasonally appropriate, comfortably fitting clothing.

  • An open mind and heart.

Residences

A sober living residence may be an option to provide you with a safe and tranquil ambiance ideally designed to allow you to concentrate on treatment. Deluxe accommodations include modern furnishings with television, ample storage areas, and cozy beds for a good night’s sleep. Sober Living Homes require residents to follow rules. These rules include no illicit substance use, mandatory house meetings, and participation in household chores. The goal of these rules is to prepare recovering individuals for long-term recovery and future success. If you are interested in residing in a recovery home while in our care, you’ll need to know what to pack.

What to Pack

​

  • Clothing for approximately one week: comfortably fitting clothes, athletic shoes, and a light jacket are items to consider. Sleepwear including a robe, socks, and undergarments are essentials we don’t want you to forget.

  • Florida weather is in the summer may be very hot and can be slightly cooler in the evenings. The winter temperature remains moderately warm. Most places are air-conditioned

  • Cosmetics (non-alcohol)

  • Toiletries (non-alcohol)​

You can bring the following items, but staff will search these for appropriateness of use. Please note that our staff may confiscate any item deemed inappropriate.

  • Money for essential items from the store

  • Personal Appliances

  • Hairdryer, Curling/straightening iron

  • Mirror

  • Nail clippers or file

  • Reading materials including self-help/positive affirmations

  • iPod or another music player (may not have a camera or Wi-Fi capability)

What to Leave at
Home

  • Any products containing alcohol, including mouthwash and hair products.

  • Any sharp or dangerous items

  • Jewelry or any other valuables

  • T-shirts with explicit, violent themes or drug references

  • Weapons

  • Energy or weight loss products

  • Wire hangers

  • Aerosol cans

  • Herbal remedies

  • Extension cords

  • Personal linens, pillows, or stuffed animals

  • Bottles of cologne or perfume

At this juncture, Synergy Sobriety Solutions remains an out-of-network insurance provider. We remain a private facility so that we can continue to offer the highest quality of services possible. Our recommended therapies, length of stay, and other facets of treatment are tailored to deliver lasting results for our clients. These aspects remain determined by our highly skilled trained professionals. We make every effort possible to provide you with the necessary acquired skills to maintain long-term recovery.

How do I make sure my insurance pays out-of-network?

No worries! Our admission team members will verify your insurance benefits to make sure they work for our treatment program. We provide courtesy insurance billing for out-of-network benefits.
